CECE calls for swift conclusion on non-road mobile machinery engines emissions file

CECE and its sister associations CEMA, EGMF, EUnited, EUROMOT and FEM have urged the trialogue negotiators to reach a final agreement on the exhaust emissions legislation for non-road mobile machinery as soon as possible. The end of 2015 was the target date for such agreement, which will introduce the strictest emissions rules worldwide. Updated Guidelines published on transition provisions and exemptions for NRMM engines

CECE has updated its Guidance Document on transition provisions and exemptions for non-road mobile machinery engines as specified in the exhaust emissions directive 97/68/EC as amended by 2011/88/EU. The document has a new look, reflecting the present CECE logo and house style, and primarily retakes the content of the CECE guidelines on these provisions and exemptions published in 2012, adding a new Annex (E) on the implementation of Directive 97/68/AT in Turkey.
