Hammerglass AUTOMOTIVE

Hammerglass AUTOMOTIVE offers a comprehensive range of unbreakable screens for all types of construction machinery, with the focus on a safer driver environment. Excavators, wheel loaders, forestry machines, tractors, forklift trucks and cranes are often used in tough working conditions where there is a risk of the glass in the cab splintering.  If the screen is broken while work is in progress, the driver may be injured by glass or flying objects. Our solutions help to provide enhanced personal protection and a reduced risk of unscheduled stoppages which would entail unnecessary downtime costs. Hammerglass replacement screens are available for the most commonly occurring machines, in thicknesses appropriate to the screen size and specific protection needs involved.

Hammerglass is a durable and wear-resistant polycarbonate sheet, 300 times stronger than glass – and virtually unbreakable. Hammerglass screens are coated with a thin film of silicon oxide which protects against scratches and wear and tear. The surface coating also provides 99.96% UV protection, which prevents Hammerglass screens from clouding or becoming discoloured over time. With its array of positive features Hammerglass is the obvious choice for replacement screens in all types of construction machinery.
