CECE presents InfraROB at Autonomous Off-Highway Machinery Technology Summit

CECE Secretary-General, Riccardo Viaggi, presented the EU-funded InfraROB project at the Autonomous Off-Highway Machinery Technology (AOMT) Summit, organised by Innovatrix, which took place in Berlin last week.

InfraROB is a Horizon 2020 Research and Innovation Action (RIA) promoting significant advances in automating, robotising and modularising road construction and maintenance work. It aims at establishing new knowledge and/or exploring feasibility of new improved technology, product, process, service or solution. 

CECE is part of the InfraROB consortium gathering overall 18 organisations working on the project for the duration of 42 months. The kick-off meeting was in September 2021 and Riccardo Viaggi’s presentation focused on the project framework, consortium, objectives and next steps.
