My name is Diana Novikova, and I currently lead sustAIn.brussels, the European Digital Innovation Hub (EDIH) for the Brussels Region. In this role, I work with startups, SMEs, public organizations, and ecosystem partners to help them adopt digital technologies and artificial intelligence in a responsible and impactful way. Since taking on this leadership position, I have had the opportunity to guide companies through their digital transformation journeys through individual coaching, coordinate large events, manage all communication, and recently welcome and mentor my first intern.

My career path has been anything but traditional. Through the Ormit Talent management traineeship, I worked across different industries and functions, gaining experience in digital transformation, project management, business strategy, and consulting. These experiences taught me how to adapt quickly, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and develop the communication and people skills that are essential for driving change today.

Alongside my work in innovation, I am passionate about helping people find their place in the technology sector. Through Agoria Brussels, I have been actively involved in connecting talent with opportunities and supporting initiatives that strengthen the region's digital workforce. I also serve on the Board of Directors of digitalcity.brussels, where I contribute to shaping the future of digital skills and careers in Brussels and represent Agoria.

What motivates me most is building bridges: between technology and people, between companies and talent, and between innovation and real-world impact. As a young professional, I have experienced firsthand how quickly the world of work is changing. I am honored to contribute to the CECE Congress and share my perspective on leadership, skills, talent development, and the opportunities available to the next generation.
