Fee

  • Early‑bird rate: £550 plus VAT (available until 31st July 2026)
  • Standard rate: £650 plus VAT
  • Partner or spouse social rate: £300 plus VAT

Registration Conditions

  • The registration closes on 1st October 2026.
  • All delegates must register. If you are a sponsor with complimentary tickets, please register using this process and the code provided separately.
  • The registration fee includes the CECE Congress 2026 conference, networking breaks, the Welcome Dinner on 27th October 2026 at the IET, Savoy Place, London and the Gala Dinner at Woods Quay, London and Thames River Cruise on 28th October 2026.
  • The partner (spouse) social ticket includes the Welcome Dinner on 27th October 2026 at the IET, Savoy Place, London and the Gala Dinner at Woods Quay, London and Thames River Cruise on 28th October 2026.
  • Your Congress ticket does not include the cost of any accommodation which you must book and pay for directly with the hotel. Details on recommended hotels can be found here.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation of your Congress participation before 27th August 2026 is refunded 100%.
  • Cancellation of your Congress participation between 27th August 2026 & 27th September 2026 will be charged 50% of the full price.
  • Cancellation of your Congress participation after 28th September 2026 will not be refunded.
  • Please take note that partial cancellation is not supported. Any modification always involves full cancellation and a new registration.
  • No shows will be fully charged.
