Simon is the Head of Strategic OEM Integration at Safety Shield Global.  Simon leads the development and execution of integration strategies that bring advanced AI-driven Human Form Recognition (HFR) and industrial safety systems into OEM machinery ecosystems.

Simon works across engineering, product, compliance, and commercial functions to align Safety Shield technology with OEM roadmaps and regulatory requirements, enabling differentiated safety, security, and data-driven capabilities on mobile industrial equipment. 

His work spans strategic OEM partnerships, embedded hardware and AI perception integration, vehicle communication (CAN/ISOBUS), cloud data services, and functional safety/compliance for deployment across construction, mining, rail, agriculture, forestry, waste/recycling, and related industrial sectors.
