Maria Bøhnke

Maria Bøhnke is the project manager of Boss Ladies, a project that aims to motivate more young women to enter the building and construction industry as well as change the structural and cultural factors that historically has made this sector a male dominated space.

Maria is specialized in working with a gender-aware perspective when aiding both Danish TVET-institutions and construction companies in becoming more diverse and creating a better environment for female students and employees, securing better recruitment, retainment and talent development.
