Nadim Penser

Nadim Penser is Senior Vice President - Human Resources for Epiroc Group, a global productivity partner for infrastructure and mining customers. Prior to starting in this role 3 years ago, he has led the human resources function as a part of international leadership teams in 4 divisions and one business area within the Atlas Copco Group of companies.

Born in Pakistan, brought up, educated, and starting his professional life in England, he has now lived in Sweden for 24 years.  He is business-focused, with a passion for creating high performing teams and organizations globally, and for catalyzing change to realize potential.
