CECE Manifesto launch

CECE President Enrico Prandini will open the floor by presenting the CECE Manifesto. In support of his presentation, a tailor-made video will be shown. The launch of the Manifesto will be followed by a debating panel of 5 speakers, each of whom will express the view on the relaunch of the EU industrial agenda from the perspective of his/her organisation. The debate will be followed by a Q&A session. CECE Secretary General Riccardo Viaggi will moderate the discussion. A standing lunch open to all participants will be served after the debate.

Representatives from the European Commission, the Presidency of the Council and the European Parliament are invited. We will also give the floor to the highest representative of the coalition Industry4Europe of which CECE is an active member.

In the run-up to and after the EU election we believe that the European industry should raise the ambition for a new EU industrial agenda. With its own Manifesto CECE wants to be an active player in this process. We firmly believe that the challenges for the EU industry over the next five years will be crucial and can only be tackled with a joint effort between industry and EU institutions.
