CECE welcomes new Associate Member: KGHM ZANAM

We are pleased to announce that KGHM ZANAM has joined CECE as an associate member. Based in Polkowice, Poland, KGHM ZANAM is one of the country’s largest and most experienced manufacturers of underground‑mining and quarrying machinery as well as related equipment and services.

Founded from the merger of longstanding mining‑machinery makers in 2003 (with origins stretching back to the 1960s), KGHM ZANAM today serves a broad range of sectors - from metal ore and non‑coal mining to open‑pit quarries - manufacturing loaders, haul trucks, drilling and bolting rigs, crushers, cast steel and iron castings, conveyor systems and large steel structures.

By joining CECE, KGHM ZANAM brings to our association a wealth of expertise in mining‑oriented equipment, heavy machinery manufacturing, cast steel/iron components and industrial services.

We look forward to cooperating with KGHM ZANAM - leveraging their technical capabilities and experience to enrich CECE’s network, contribute to knowledge sharing, and bolster our collective voice in EU‑level regulatory discussions affecting heavy machinery, safety, mining equipment and sustainability.

On behalf of CECE, we extend a warm welcome to KGHM ZANAM and look forward to fruitful collaboration.
