| EU Standardisation Regulation proposal published |
On 6th October the European Commission published its proposal to replace Regulation (EU) No 1025/2012, the legal basis of the European standardisation system, with a new Regulation on European standardisation (COM(2026) 780). The publication of the European Product Act proposal has been postponed to 9th December.
