Enrico Prandini

Enrico Prandini is managing director at Komatsu Italia Manufacturing since 2009. He began his long career in Fiat-Allis and then Fiat-Hitachi, arriving in Komatsu in 1991, in the distribution department. Three years later he was asked to support the acquisition of the Italian firm FAI and contribute to the management of the consequent transformation of the company, which became one of the European poles of Komatsu, where are designed, manufactured and distributed earth moving machines from 1 to 17 tons.
Thanks to his technical and commercial background, he performed several positions during his career: from marketing to after-sale, from the development of new products to the transformation of the concept of manufacturing. At present, also thanks to the recent investments, the Italian Komatsu factory is one of the more cutting-edge in Europe.
From 2016, Enrico Prandini is one of the Komatsu’s Global Officers.
